These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by That Print AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating under the trade name RaxyProxy ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using raxyproxy.com or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Description of Service
RaxyProxy provides proxy infrastructure services including residential, mobile, datacenter, and premium residential proxy traffic ("Services"). The Services are intended for lawful business use including public web data collection, SEO monitoring, market intelligence, ad verification, brand protection, application testing, and automation workflows.
Service availability excludes scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@raxyproxy.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
The Services may be used for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include:
- Public web data collection and web scraping of publicly accessible content
- SEO monitoring, rank tracking, and SERP analysis
- Market intelligence, price monitoring, and competitive research
- Ad verification and brand protection
- Application testing, QA automation, and performance testing
- Geo-targeted content access testing
- Academic and legitimate business research on publicly available data
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for any of the following:
- Any illegal activity or activity that violates applicable law
- Sending unsolicited communications (spam)
- Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Payment fraud, carding, or any financial abuse
- Unauthorized scraping of private or protected data
- Mass account creation or abuse of third-party platforms
- Circumventing security measures of any system
- Any activity that creates legal, compliance, or reputational risk for RaxyProxy
5. Billing and Payments
Services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept card payments processed by Stripe, Inc. and cryptocurrency payments processed by third-party providers. No payment card data is stored on our servers.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Charges will appear as RAXYPROXY on your bank statement.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are available for first-time purchases within 7 days of purchase where no more than 60% of purchased traffic has been used.
Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Used traffic, trial purchases, and purchases made in violation of these Terms are non-refundable.
7. Geographic Restrictions
In compliance with applicable United States sanctions laws and regulations (including OFAC), the Services are not available to users located in, or acting on behalf of any individual or entity in, the following jurisdictions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Crimea region of Ukraine
- The Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine (temporarily occupied territories)
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in these restricted jurisdictions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and withhold refunds for violations of this section.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if your account creates security, compliance, or legal risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT PRINT AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Data Processing
Where you use the Services to process personal data of third parties, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The DPA is available at raxyproxy.com/legal/dpa.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
