- Payment fraud, carding, or any form of financial crime
- Accessing, scraping, or harvesting private or personally identifiable data without authorization
- Mass creation of fake or fraudulent accounts on third-party platforms
- Circumventing CAPTCHAs or security measures for unauthorized purposes
- Harassment, stalking, or targeting of individuals
- Any use that violates the terms of service of targeted third-party platforms
- Accessing government, healthcare, or financial systems without explicit authorization
- Any activity that creates legal, security, or reputational risk for RaxyProxy
3. Enforcement
We monitor for abuse and reserve the right to investigate, rate-limit, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates this AUP, without prior notice.
We cooperate with law enforcement and may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you observe activity originating from RaxyProxy infrastructure that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@raxyproxy.com with relevant details including timestamps, target URLs, and any supporting evidence.
