1. Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- It is your first purchase on RaxyProxy (refunds apply to first-time purchases only)
- No more than 60% of the purchased traffic has been consumed
- The purchase was not a trial package
- The purchase was not made in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Cryptocurrency payments — all crypto purchases are final and non-refundable
- Trial packages
- Purchases where more than 60% of traffic has been consumed
- Repeat purchases (refunds apply to first purchase only)
- Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Promotional credits, bonuses, or gifted traffic
- Purchases flagged for suspected fraud or abuse
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@raxyproxy.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your account email address, order ID, and the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer and bank.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and being banned from future use of the Services. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly.
