Billing
How payments, wallet top-ups, and traffic charges work on RaxyProxy.
Wallet & balance
RaxyProxy uses a prepaid wallet system. You deposit funds into your account balance, then use that balance to purchase proxy packages. Your current balance is always visible in the Dashboard.
Packages are purchased upfront from your balance — you pay for traffic in advance. There are no monthly subscriptions or unexpected recurring charges.
Payment methods
| Method | Processing time | Min. deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Credit / debit card (Stripe) | Instant | $5 |
| Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more) | 1–3 network confirmations | $5 |
To top up, go to Dashboard → Deposit and select your preferred payment method. Crypto payments require network confirmations — this typically takes a few minutes but can vary with network congestion.
Buying packages
Packages are priced per gigabyte. Traffic is deducted from your package quota as you use it. Go to Dashboard → Buy to browse available proxy types and sizes.
| Proxy type | Starting price |
|---|---|
| Datacenter | from $0.69 / GB |
| Residential | from $1.69 / GB |
| Mobile | from $3.37 / GB |
| Premium Residential | from $8.45 / GB |
Larger packages carry a lower per-GB cost. Purchased traffic does not expire — it remains available until fully consumed.
Traffic billing
Traffic is measured as the sum of bytes transferred through the proxy — request headers, request body, response headers, and response body all count.
2× multiplier for precise geo-targeting
State, city, ZIP code, and ASN targeting apply a 2× traffic multiplier for Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter packages. If you download 1 GB of data through a city-targeted proxy, 2 GB is deducted from your quota. Country-level targeting is always billed at 1×. Premium Residential is exempt from the multiplier at all targeting levels.
For more detail on how 2× billing works and examples, see Traffic & Billing.
Invoices
A payment receipt is emailed to your registered address for every successful deposit. For a history of transactions, visit Dashboard → Billing.
